Antigua's Tranquility Bay offers $1495 family vacation deal

Tranquility Bay is the island's only all-suite resort featuring spacious one- and two-bedroom suites, all with full kitchens and large balconies. The resort is situated on the southwest side of the island along a pristine stretch of one of Antigua's best beaches and steps from the calm Caribbean waters.

Available on stays through Sept. 12, the "Relax Together" package includes:

  • Accommodations in a two-bedroom suite with in-room laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen and an expansive private balcony
  • A family photo session on the beach with a complimentary keepsake portrait (additional photos available for purchase)
  • A choice of a tour for a family of four -- a 3-hour harbour cruise or an off-road ATV tour
  • A $100 credit for the Epicurean Market to stock up the in-room refrigerator
  • A free night on a seven-day, six-night stay

The two-bedroom suite (1,345 square feet) can comfortably accommodate up to four adults and two children -- or five adults. The layout includes a master bedroom with a king bed, sitting area and private bathroom with oversized tub and shower; a second bedroom with two full-size beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and large closets with guest bath robes.

The package rate of $1,495 includes taxes and service charges.

Tranquility Bay Antigua guests receive complimentary Kidz Club, Teenz Club, nightly entertainment, and unlimited use of non-motorized water sports including snorkeling, kayaks and sailing, all steps away from the resort.

When not out enjoying the many activities, guests can lounge in one of two pools, including an 8,000-foot fantasy pool.

Meal and drink plans for adults and children ages 3 to 11 are additional and valid for dining at any of the five restaurants and bars at nearby Jolly Beach Resort.
