Twitter will soon be flooded with hearts instead of stars.
Users will now click a heart icon to like a tweet instead of clicking the star icon to mark a tweet as a favorite.
The change is one of many that the San Francisco social media giant has made recently to make the service easier to use, especially for newcomers.
Twitter chose the heart because it is a universal symbol that is more expressive than the star.
