Now, instead of scooting around in the foot-powered pretend car, you can take to roadways in a motorized adult-sized version.

Brothers Geof and John Bitmead of Attitude Autos spent 1,000 hours creating a real-life, grownup-size version of the car, which they named the Crazy Coupe. First completed in 2013, the brothers have decided to put the Crazy Coupe up for sale on eBay for $33,264. They told BBC News most of the money will go to charity.

"We have covered over 5,000 miles in the past two years driving around shows and charity events in the UK," the item description says. "Apart from it not being the fastest car on the planet (it) has been the most incredible fun with people queuing up to take photos along dual carriageways and highways on every trip. Guaranteed to create smiles wherever it goes!"

The eBay page says the car was professionally valued at $46,000 when it was first built. It can go up to 70 mph.
