As the buzzer rang at halftime Thursday in Game 1 of the 2018 NBA Finals, Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry hit a 38-foot 3-pointer to tie the game at 56.

In his 46 minutes on the floor Thursday, Curry shot 11-of-23 from the field, 5-of-11 beyond the arc for 29 points, nine assists and six rebounds.

The Warriors, who hold a 1-0 series lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers, went on to win Thursday’s game, 124-114.

The Warriors will once again host the Cavaliers Sunday for Game 2 of the NBA Finals at Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif. beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The game can be watched on Channel 2 Action News WSB.
