Former Georgia linebacker Thomas Davis arrived at Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Sunday decked out in red and Georgia gear to celebrate the Bulldogs’ first SEC Championship since 2005.

Davis, a 13-year veteran of the Carolina Panthers, showed up to Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints in a red suit and a Georgia hat.

From Shellman, Ga., Davis was a first-round Draft pick by the Panthers in 2005 and has been named an All-Pro and a two-time Pro Bowler in his time with the team.

Davis played for Georgia from 2002-2004.
