Houston Rockets starter Chris Paul will miss Game 6 of Western Conference Finals Saturday with a right hamstring strain, Yahoo Sports’ Shams Charania reported Friday.
Paul, who is averaging 19.8 points and 6.8 rebounds in the series against the Golden State Warriors, suffered a hamstring injury during the final seconds of Thursday’s win.
Paul walked to the sidelines after suffering the injury and did not return to the game. NBA on TNT's Kristen Ledlow reported after Thursday's game that the team would reevaluate Paul Friday in hopes he could recover for Saturday's game.
The Rockets hold a 3-2 series lead after winning Thursday’s game against the Warriors, 98-94.
