With help from two home runs, the Atlanta Braves snapped the Los Angeles Dodgers’ nine-game win streak on Wednesday night with a 5-3 win.

The Braves winning runs came from a two-run pinch-hit home run by catcher Tyler Flowers with two outs in the bottom of the eighth. Hitting for pitcher Rex Brothers, Flowers smacked the ball to right field, scoring shortstop Johan Camargo.

The two-run homer was Flowers’ ninth of the season.

The Braves first home run of the game came from left fielder Danny Santana in the second inning. With his fourth home run of the season, Santana scored right fielder Nick Markakis with a fly ball to deep right.
