After the 2018 NFL Draft concluded over the weekend, ESPN writer Mike Sando spoke to NFL executives from across the League about what they thought about the picks each team made in this year's draft.
Sando quoted NFL executives who said they loved the Atlanta Falcons pick of former Alabama wide receiver Calvin Ridley at No. 26 overall to complement Julio Jones.

“I love the pick,” an executive said, according to Sando. “We wanted Calvin Ridley. It's just a great pick for them at that time, not a good pick, a great pick.”
Sando quoted another anonymous source that said Ridley was a better choice than former Colorado cornerback Isaiah Oliver whom the Falcons selected with the 58th overall pick.
“Ridley will be great for their offense, but I think there's a lot of risk on the corner they took in the second round,” an NFL insider said, according to Sando. “Isaiah Oliver is always nicked up.”
