Kent Bazemore’s hometown creates sign on city line in his honor

Aug 20, 2018Kent Bazemore’s hometown of Kelford, NC showed their pride for the NBA star by putting up a sign honoring Bazemore on the city line.
The Atlanta Hawks star posted a photo of himself on Twitter over the weekend standing next to the sign that reads, “Welcome to the town of Kelford... The Home of NBA Player Kent Bazemore.”
“Unreal moment for me today,” Bazemore wrote alongside the photo of the sign. “Lots of feels.”

Bazemore has played with the Hawks since 2014 after going undrafted in 2012.
