Evander Holyfield's November fight has been pushed back a week while a TV deal is finalized, the Detroit Free Press reported.

The four-time heavyweight champion from Atlanta, who turns 48 later this month, was originally scheduled to take on Sherman "Tank" Williams of the Bahamas on Nov. 5. The new date will be Nov. 12, according to the report.

Holyfield's business partner told the newspaper's website that the fight is being delayed a week to give promoters more time to negotiate a TV contract.

Holyfield's World Boxing Federation heavyweight belt will be on the line against Williams. Holyfield has said proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Forgotten Harvest, which provides meals to needy families.
