WARNER ROBINS -- A last-second penalty helped Northside to a dramatic 10-7 win  Friday night over Lowndes, ranked No. 1 in Class AAAAA.

With less than three minutes remaining in the game, Northside kicker Dillon Mixon nailed a 20-yard field goal that broke a 7-7 tie. On the ensuing drive Lowndes, ranked fourth in the nation, drove all the way to Northside's 4-yard line, but a subsequent offensive pass interference penalty pushed Lowndes back 15 yards.
