Last week: Beat Norcross 36-17. North Gwinnett dominated after trailing 14-0 in the first quarter. WR Nate Brown had 10 catches for 179 yards and four touchdowns. QB Hayden Sphire was 19-of-30 passing for 256 yards and four touchdowns, all to Brown. North Gwinnett had only 10 yards rushing, partly because of sacks, but held Norcross to 156 total yards. Last week: Beat Pebblebrook 53-7. RB Taj Griffin rushed for 119 yards on 13 carries, and QB Ty Clemons was 9-of-13 passing for 87 yards and rushed for 67 yards. McEachern forced five turnovers and led 41-0 at halftime. McEachern has beaten Pebblebrook 21 consecutive times. Next: Friday at Marietta (2-1)

3. (3) Colquitt County (3-1)

Last week: Beat Carver of Columbus 34-0. Colquitt had 290 yards in total offense at halftime and led 31-0. Preseason all-state DT Jamiyus Pittman, who is committed to Ole Miss, reportedly suffered a broken leg or ankle and is feared lost for the season. Next: Sept. 27 at Lowndes (2-1)

4. (4) Lovejoy (2-1)

Last week: Beat Alpharetta 24-23. Lovejoy benefited from eight turnovers but held on when Jordan Collier - who had returned an interception 100 yards earlier in the game - broke up a potential game-winning two-point attempt with 27 seconds left. Last week: Beat Marietta 21-13. RB Richardre Bagley scored all three Hillgrove touchdowns and rushed for 69 yards on 18 carries in a Region 4 opener. Last week: Beat Arabia Mountain 46-12. Tucker led 32-0 at halftime and 46-0 entering the fourth quarter. Dominique Sanders had 94 yards rushing and a touchdown on seven carries. 3. (3) Northside-Warner Robins (3-0)

Last week: Beat Westside of Macon 28-14. RB Willie Jordan rushed for 153 yards, and his 59-yard run early in the fourth quarter gave Northside a 28-14 lead. Last week: Beat Lassiter 35-20. RB/DB Jay Moxey had two interceptions and ran for two touchdowns for the Longhorns, who built a 20-3 first-half lead. Moxey rushed for 75 yards on 15 carries and had touchdown runs of 1 and 17 yards. Last week: Beat East Coweta 54-35. Sandy Creek led 28-0 in the first quarter. Eric Swinney scored four touchdowns and rushed for 87 yards. Delvin Weems rushed for 121 yards. Cole Garvin was 12-of-18 passing for 203 yards and three touchdowns. Next: Sept. 27 at Fayette County (0-3)

2. (2) Carrollton (3-0)

Last week: Beat Calhoun 42-7. Carrollton took a 28-0 halftime lead and became the first team to beat Calhoun in the regular season since 2007 (Cartersville). Malik Sheppard returned an interception 63 yards for Carrollton's first score. He also rushed for 58 yards on eight carries and ran for a TD. Will Garrett threw for 106 yards and one touchdown in the first half. He is averaging 105.7 yards passing in the first half, when each of the first three games have been decided. Last week: Beat Columbia 18-7. Stockbridge trailed 7-0 at halftime, but Malik Bryan scored three touchdowns in the second half. He rushed for 205 yards on 30 carries. Next: Saturday at North Clayton (0-3)

4. (6) Monroe Area (3-0)

Last week: Beat Oconee County 53-0. Monroe Area had three rushers with more than 100 yards in QB Stanton Truitt (eight carries, 125 yards, three TDs), RB Kwan Brooks (9-157-1) and RB Demek Kemp (2-102-1). Last week: Beat Jonesboro 38-0. Jaquez Parks rushed for 133 yards and three touchdowns on nine carries and was 12-of-18 passing for 155 yards and a touchdown while playing only three quarters. Last week: Lost to Coffee 32-14. Burke took a 14-0 lead but failed to hold and make it two straight wins against AAAAAA Coffee. Super 11 QB Donquell Green was 10-of-17 passing for 148 yards and two early touchdowns but was held to 41 yards rushing on 18 carries. Next: Friday at Statesboro (3-0)

7. (8) Wayne County (3-0)

Last week: Beat Glynn Academy 27-13. Glynn led 6-0 and was on Wayne's goal line when Stephen Thomas recovered a misplayed handoff and returned the fumble 98 yards for a touchdown. Wayne pulled away after a 13-13 halftime score with Malique Jackson's 39-yard TD pass to Krenwick Sanders and Anfernee Jordan's 3-yard run, his second TD of the game. Next: Friday at Butler (0-2)

Last week: Beat Tattnall County 28-0. Statesboro kept Tattnall County from crossing midfield until the fourth quarter and allowed 146 yards in total offense. Last week: Beat Thomson 41-14. St. Pius rushed for 311 yards on 56 attempts, converted nine of 14 third-down attempts, scored on four of its first five series and possessed the ball for 32 of 48 minutes. St. Pius lost to Thomson 21-14 last season. Next: Friday at Lovett (3-0)

3. (3) Cartersville (3-0)

Last week: Beat Marist 41-38. Lovett beat the No. 5 team in AAAA in two overtimes after trailing 28-13 in the fourth quarter. Grant Haley rushed for 93 yards and scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns, and QB Willie Candler (13-of-27 passing, 182 yards) had a TD pass and TD run in the overtimes. Last week: Lost to Carrollton 42-7. Calhoun's 49-game winning streak in regular-season games was ended in a loss to the No. 2 team from Class AAAA. Calhoun had only 54 yards of total offense in the first half and trailed 28-0. Kaelan Riley relieved starting QB Fields Chapman (5-of-14, 31 yards, one INT) in the second half, and his first throw was a 51-yard TD pass to Chandler Curtis. Last week: Beat Americus-Sumter 18-7. LB Roquan Smith returned an interception 40 yards for a touchdown on the first play from scrimmage, and his 2-yard run, set up by a bad snap to the punter by Americus-Sumter, gave Macon County a 15-7 lead. (1) Eagle's Landing Christian (3-0)

Last week: Beat Hapeville Charter 68-6. QB Dalton Etheridge was 5-of-5 passing, threw three TD passes and scored a touchdown. More than 10 ELCA players ran, passed or caught the ball for an offense that produced more than 400 total yards. Hapeville had less than 30 yards of total offense when the running clock was started.
