The Gwinnett Stripers could not hold a 4-3 lead in the eighth inning and lost to host Columbus 5-4 in Game 4 of their Governors’ Cup semifinal Saturday night.

The Clippers won the best-of-five International League series 3-1, ending the Triple-A season of the Braves’ top minor-league affiliate.

Pedro Florimon and Jack Lopez both homered for the Stripers.

Braves prospect Bryse Wilson started for Gwinnett and allowed 10 hits and three runs in six innings. He walked one and struck out six.

Another Braves prospect, Cristian Pache, went 3-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI for the Stripers.

Columbus will play Durham in the Governors’ Cup Championship Series, set to start on Tuesday.
