With just 11 days before the start of the PGA Tour playoffs, Tiger Woods stands in 27th place in the FedEx Cup standings, currently above the cutline to make it to Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club.

Woods fell from 23rd to 27th in the point standings after missing the cut at the British Open.

The FedEx Cup playoffs begin with the Wyndham Championship (Aug. 1-4). They will be followed by the Northern Trust (Aug. 8-11) and the BMW Open (Aug. 15-18). The top 30 golfers advance to the Tour Championship (Aug. 21-25).

Brooks Koepka claimed the FedEx Cup standings lead for the first time this season after tying for fourth at the British Open. He replaces Matt Kuchar, of Georgia Tech, who had led the standings for the past 16 weeks. The top five in the point standings are rounded out by Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele and Gary Woodland.
