A second Georgia Tech defensive lineman plans to leave the program.

Uche Iloh, a 2024 freshman, announced Monday on X, formerly Twitter, that he has entered his name into the NCAA’s transfer portal. Iloh did not play for the Yellow Jackets this past season.

Iloh (6-foot-5, 275 pounds) graduated from McIntosh High School. He was considered a three-star prospect by the 247Sports Composite at the time he committed to Tech and reportedly held scholarship offers from Tech, Duke, Indiana, Iowa State, Louisville, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina State, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Virginia and West Virginia, among others.

As a senior at MHS, Iloh had 72 tackles (19 for a loss), 12 sacks, 17 quarterback hurries and a fumble recovery. As a junior he recorded 90 stops (16 for a loss) and 10 sacks. Iloh was also the Class 5A Region 3 basketball player of the year after the 2022-23 season.

Iloh joins fellow defensive lineman Horace Lockett, wide receiver Christian Leary, Eric Singleton and Leo Blackburn, quarterback Zach Pyron, running back Evan Dickens, offensive linemen Corey Robinson II and Jordan Brown and defensive back back Taye Seymore as Jackets who declared their intentions to play elsewhere in 2025.
