In a first for Georgia State, wide receiver and special-teams ace Albert Wilson received an invitation to the NFL Combine on Friday.

Wilson had 71 receptions for Sun Belt-best 1,177 yards with eight touchdowns last year. He also rushed 24 times for 251 yards. On special teams, Wilson returned 31 kickoffs for 730 yards and 15 punts for 125 yards.

In his career, Wilson caught 175 passes for 3,190 yards and 23 touchdowns. He finished with 6,235 all-purpose yards.

The combine will be held Feb. 19-25 in Indianapolis.

Wilson, 5-9, 200 pounds, participated in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. He caught one pass for 32 yards and rushed one time for six yards.
