Former UFC fighter Ryan Jimmo was reportedly killed in a hit-and-run early Sunday following an altercation with another driver in Edmonton, Canada.

According to the Edmonton Police, a brief verbal altercation ensued around 2:15 a.m. in a parking lot, when Jimmo reportedly approached the second vehicle on foot. As Jimmo was walking back to his car, the other driver hit the gas, striking Jimmo and fleeing the scene, police said.

Jimmo, 34, was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
