Nov 3, 2015

FLOWERY BRANCH – Falcons tight end Jacob Tamme took the blame for the interception that quarterback Matt Ryan threw with 1:23 left in the second quarter against the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Tamme, who was not available during the open locker room session on Monday, spoke during the Player’s Spotlight segment of the Dan Quinn show on 92.9 The Game on Monday.

“That was on me,” Tamme said. “I wasn’t supposed to move. I moved.”

The Bucs scored a touchdown off that turnover to help build a 13-3 halftime lead.

Tamme caught 10 passes for 103 yards and a touchdown in the 23-20 loss to Tampa Bay.
