Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who returned to practice this week and wore pads for the first time since suffering his fractured left collarbone on Nov. 4, was declared out of Sunday’s game against the Falcons, which is set for 1 p.m. at Lambeau Field.

In addition to Rodgers, defensive end C.J. Wilson (ankle) was declared out on the team’s official injury report.

Rodgers’ backup Matt Flynn is expected to start against the Falcons.

Falcons coach Mike Smith said that with Flynn at the controls, the Packers will rely heavily on running back Eddie Lacy.
