A few days ago, the league MVP told Atlanta Falcons fans his "heart hurt," following the Super Bowl loss to the New England Patriots.

In a new message to fans, Matt Ryan appears ready to move on.

In a Twitter video recorded from his Atlanta high-rise, he thanks fans for their support and their cheers. He encourages fans to keep on cheering when the Falcons move to Mercedes-Benz Stadium in the fall.

Until then, “Let’s make sure we’re getting loud for the Hawks, the Braves and our newest team, the Atlanta United.”

He signs off, as he did before, promising the Falcons will #RiseUp again.
