Running back Tevin Coleman, who remains in the NFL concussion protocol, and left guard Andy Levitre (triceps), will not practice Friday, Falcons coach Dan Quinn said.

Also, defensive end Adrian Clayborn, who suffered a hamstring injury in the 20-17 win over the Saints is expected to return to practice and be limited.

Clayborn, the team’s leader with nine sacks, did not practice Thursday.

Levitre was on the side working the training staff. He didn’t flinch while hitting the a dummy bag with his hands. He injured is left triceps.

“He’s working like crazy to get right,” Quinn said. “That’s what today is about. What is the next step and how does he get to the next step? He’s made a lot of progress during this time. ... He’s definitely moving forward. We are looking to add work onto that.”
