The Falcons declared cornerback Robert Alford and kicker Matt Bryant out against the Redskins on Friday so that was not a surprise when the inactive players were released 90 minutes before kickoff on Sunday.

Also, inactive for the Falcons were running back Brian Hill, offensive tackle  Matt Gono,  defensive end Steven Means, tackle Austin Pasztor and tackle Rees Odhiambo.

The Redskins inactives: running back Chris Thompson, safety Adonis Alexander, safety Kenny Ladler, tacckle Trent center Casey Dunn, wide receiver Jamison Crowder and wide receiver Brian Quick.
