The Falcons will be short-handed with tight end Austin Hooper and linebacker De’Vondre Campbell being officially declared inactive for the game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday at Bank of America Stadium.

Tight end Levine Toilolo will be backed up by Joshua Perkins, while Philip Wheeler or Paul Worrilow will takeover at weakside linebacker for the Falcons.

The other inactives include: wide receiver Nick Williams, running back Terron Ward, cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson, safety Dashon Goldson and guard Wes Schweitzer.

Carolina Pro Bowl linebacker Luke Kuechly was declared inactive along with wide receiver Brenton Bersin, running back Cameron Artis-Payne, linebacker Jeremy Cash, offensive tackle Dan France, defensive tackle Kyle Love and defensive end Ryan Delaire.

A.J. Klein will replace Kuechuly in the starting lineup for the Panthers.
