Here are five things to know about the Falcons on Tuesday:

1. Hurricane relief. The Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United released a joint announcment on Monday to encourage donations to the Red Cross, United Way and World Vision to help those recently affected by hurricane damage.

2. PSL sales. The Falcons will play their first regular-season

game in Mercedes-Benz Stadium without having met the organization's long-time goal to sell out of personal seat licenses.

3. Takk Attack. Falcons rookie defensive end Takkarist McKinley played 14 snaps in his NFL debut against the Bears. He had two quarterback hurries on bull rushes.

4. Poe power. Falcons defensive tackle Dontari Poe had a strong debut with his new team. Poe played 43 snaps and led the team with three quarterback hurries and one quarterback hit. Last season with the Chiefs, he had just one game with four quarterback pressures or more. "He was a factor inside for sure," Falcons coach Dan Quinn said.

5. Middle of the field. Quarterback Matt Ryan was incredibly successful when throwing over the middle, completing 13 of 14 passes for 229 yards and a touchdown (142.6 passer rating) in Sunday's win against the Bears, according to profootballfocus.com. Throwing outside the numbers, Ryan went 8 of 15 for 92 yards (72.1 passer rating).
