The Falcons signed defensive back Ryan Neal and released offensive tackle Kendall Calhoun on Saturday.

Calhoun was signed after a tryout on July 30. He was previously released by the Texans.

Neal, 23, was released by the Eagles after being signed as an undrafted free agent from Southern Illinois.

Neal’s brother, Mike Neal, played six seasons (2010-2015) with the Green Bay Packers and helped them win Super Bowl XLV.

The Falcons return to practice on Monday and are set to host the Kansas City Chiefs at 7 p.m. Friday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
