Former Auburn cornerback Jonathon Mincy, who played at Southwest DeKalb High, was released by the Falcons on Monday.

Mincy, 5-10, 196 pounds was signed as an undrafted rookie free agent. He was a three-year starter for the Tigers, where he recorded 211 career tackles.

Linebacker Terrell Manning was reported as waived by the team on Sunday, but his name was not turned into the league office.

With the release of Mincy, the Falcons are at 76 roster spots and must be down to 75 by 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
