Falcons coach Dan Quinn said the team is winding down the first phase of free agency, but is keeping an eye on Indianapolis linebacker Jerrell Freeman.

“We have spoken to Jerrell Freeman,” Quinn said Friday. “He has been on our radar. We are very impressed with his tape from Indy, but no visit up to this point.”

Freeman has started 57 games for the Colts and has made 478 tackles and 12.5 sacks.
