Blaine Gabbert, party of one.
The former Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback and current San Francisco 49ers starting quarterback was ready to answer reporters' questions when he showed up to his press conference Wednesday.
But the media wasn't there.
Gabbert took it all in stride, saying, "Looks like I'll be the one asking the questions today."
CSN Bay Area's Mindi Bach said it was a scheduling mistake and that the 49ers forgot to list him on Wednesday's media availability schedule.
According to Sporting News, Gabbert approached the podium, joking, "Hey good to see you guys."
CSN video shows members of the media eventually showing up and someone can be heard saying, "Sorry for the miscommunication."
