Brian Giffin, Tutan Reyes and Art Eckman will be the inaugural voices of the radio team for Kennesaw State football.
Giffin will handle play-by-play. Reyes will handle analysis. Eckman will work the sideline.
The Owls will kick off their inaugural season at East Tennessee State on Sept. 3. Kennesaw State’s home opener will come on Sept. 12 when it hosts Edward Waters at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
Giffin has been executive producer and chief engineer for the Braves since 2009. He formerly did play-by-play for Butler football and the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians baseball club.
Reyes is an analyst for 790AM and pre-game analyst for the Falcons. He was selected by the Saints in the fifth round of the NFL draft in 2000, playing 10 years for six teams. he was an All-SEC player at Ole Miss.
Eckman is formerly sports director for WXIA-TV, where he worked for 13 years before retiring and joining Kennesaw State in 2009. He has worked a variety of roles in broadcasting, including play-by-play for the Hawks, Dream, Houston Rockets, Oakland Raiders and San Francisco Giants.
