Two Georgia football players -- and one former UGA player -- are among the top seven candidates to win this season’s Heisman Trophy, according to new odds provided this week by sportsbook BetOnline.

Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm has 14-to-1 odds to win the 2019 Heisman, the fourth best odds overall, while UGA running back D’Andre Swift is listed right behind him at 16/1. Former Georgia quarterback Justin Fields, now at Ohio State, also has 16/1 odds, as does Texas QB Sam Ehlinger.

The favorite is Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa at 11-to-4 odds, followed by Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence at 3/1 and Oklahoma QB Jalen Hurts, a transfer from Alabama, at 7/2.

And if you’re wondering: BetOnline puts Georgia’s current odds of winning the national championship third best at 7/1, trailing Clemson’s 5/2 and Alabama’s 3/1.
