Online site forecasts another 10-win season for UGA in 2019

Here's a look at Georgia's 2019 football schedule.

Georgia football has high expectations heading into the 2019 season. Most regard the Bulldogs as a top-5 team, given the Bulldogs bring back the likes of Jake Fromm, D'Andre Swift and Andrew Thomas.

And one online betting site thinks Georgia is going to have a very good season as well. BetOnline has set the over/under for wins on Georgia's 2019 season at 10.5.

If you wanted to bet the over, you’d have to $200 to make $100. Conversely, if you bet the under, you’d have to only bet $100 to make $170. So, the money indicates that Georgia is more likely to finish with 11 wins than 10.

Georgia has gone 11-1 in each of the last two regular seasons. The Bulldogs have multiple games that could be considered losable, as the Bulldogs host Notre Dame and Texas A&M, while also playing at Auburn. Georgia also plays Florida in Jacksonville, Fla., as well.

As for other SEC teams, Alabama’s win total is set at 11. Florida and LSU both have over/unders at 9 wins, with Auburn and Mississippi State both having over/unders at 8. Texas A&M, who will visit Georgia on Nov. 23, has an over/under of 7.5 wins. Notre Dame has an over/under of 9.5. The Fighting Irish play Georgia on Sept. 21.

Clemson is the only team other than Alabama to have a higher over/under than the Bulldogs, as the Tigers also had their win total set at 11. Oklahoma came in at 10.5, while Ohio State and Washington came in at 10 wins.

Both of those schools will be quarterbacked by former Georgia quarterbacks in Justin Fields and Jacob Eason, respectively.

Georgia football opens its 2019 season on Aug. 31 when it travels to Vanderbilt.
