Central Florida
Record: 10-3, Conference USA champion
Last time played: Georgia defeated Central Florida 24-23 in 1999 in the only meeting between the programs.
UCF on offense: The Knights were 25th in the nation in rushing behind RBs Ronnie Weaver and Latavius Murray and dual-threat freshman QB Jeffrey Godfrey. Weaver has 890 yards and 11 TDs rushing, Godfrey has 546 and 10 TDs rushing, and Murray has 533 yards and 10 TDs. Godfrey also has thrown for 2,042 yards and 13 scores.
UCF on defense: It's been tough moving the ball on the Knights, who were 11th in the nation against the run (110.4 yards) and led Conference USA in total defense, scoring defense and pass efficiency defense. UCF has returned five interceptions for TDs and allowed just nine rushing TDs, which was eighth in the nation before this weekend.
UCF on special teams: This is another strong area. The Knights led the nation in kickoff returns at 28.8 heading into the weekend, and Quincy McDuffie has returned two for TDs. They also are averaging 14.2 yards a punt return, thanks to Josh Robinson's 17.3 yards per return.
What you should know: UCF coach George O'Leary won three games against Georgia as coach at Georgia Tech from 1994-2001.
What you might not know: UCF has never won a bowl game, going 0-3 with losses to Nevada in the 2005 Hawaii Bowl, Mississippi State in the 2007 Liberty Bowl and Rutgers in last year's St. Petersburg Bowl.
Coach: George O'Leary, 44-44 in seventh season at UCF, 96-77 overall
