Morehouse defeated visiting Clark Atlanta 70-67 on Saturday.

Omar Alston, a 6-foot-6 senior, led the Maroon Tigers (18-3, 12-3 SIAC) with 19 points, and he grabbed 17 rebounds. Chibueze Ebinum added 15 points.

Shelvick Henry was the top scorer for the Panthers (11-11, 8-7) with 17 points. Romaine Thomas had 13 rebounds.

Morehouse faces Claflin at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Forbes Arena. Next for Clark Atlanta is a home game at 4 p.m. Saturday against Benedict.
