The National Association of Basketball Coaches released their preseason Division II men’s college basketball Top 25 ranking Tuesday, with three Georgia schools ranked.

Valdosta State is ranked No. 12 and Augusta is No. 13. Morehouse rounds out the Top 25.

Valdosta State won the Gulf South Conference championship last season for the third consecutive time. The Blazers finished with a 24-7 record.

Augusta, a member of the Peach Belt Conference, won its conference regular-season and tournament championships last season and finished at 28-6.

Morehouse, the only Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference team in the poll, is coming off a season in which the Maroon Tigers finished 20-5 and won their second consecutive SIAC regular-season championship.
