For the final game of its season, Georgia Tech will wear gold jerseys with white pants when it plays No. 4 Georgia on Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

It will be the second time this season that the Yellow Jackets will don the gold shirts with navy numbers and white trim, which they’ll wear along with gold helmets and white pants.

The Jackets’ only other game in gold jerseys was in its loss to The Citadel, when they wore white helmets and white pants along with the gold jerseys. Before that, Tech last wore gold in its TaxSlayer Bowl win over Kentucky in 2016.

Georgia is expected to wear its white jerseys. It will be the first time that the Bulldogs will not wear their trademark red jerseys at Bobby Dodd Stadium since 2007. In their five subsequent visits, they wore red, as former coach Paul Johnson re-instituted the Tech tradition of wearing white jerseys at home.
