Georgia State’s Ryan Harrow was named the Sun Belt men’s player of the week on Monday.

Harrow, a senior, averaged 25 points, 3.5 and two steals in leading the Panthers to two wins. He also scored the 1000th points in his Georgia State career in Saturday’s win over Arkansas State. He hit the milestone in his 54th game, the second-quickest pace in program history.

The Panthers (15-7, 8-3) will play Georgia Southern (15-4, 8-2) on Thursday in Statesboro in a first-place showdown. The Eagles lead the Panthers by one-half game.
