Fort Lauderdale wide receiver commits to Georgia
Marcus Rosemy, a wide receiver from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., chose Georgia over Florida and tweeted his decision Thursday morning.
Rosemy, ranked as the nation’s No. 6 wide receiver (and No. 39 player overall) in the 247Sports Composite, took an official visit to Florida last weekend. He had visited Athens on previous occasions.
Listed at 6-foot-2 and 187 pounds, Rosemy becomes the fourth player ranked in the top 40 of the Composite to commit to UGA and the seventh in the top 100.

He becomes the 14th recruit to publicly commit to the Bulldogs in the 2020 class – and the second receiver. Eagles Landing Christian Academy receiver Justin Robinson chose the Bulldogs in March.
UGA is expected to take three receivers in this class.
Georgia remains ranked No. 4 in the 247Sports Composite ratings after this decision. The Bulldogs are the only program in the top four with fewer than 18 players committed.
Clemson has the nation’s No. 1 class for 2020, followed by Alabama and LSU.
