Braves share photos of Players Weekend uniforms

August 25 through August 27 is Players Weekend for Major League Baseball teams.
The Braves will wear these uniforms for its series against the Rockies.
Shortstop Dansby Swanson shared the design for the hats that the team will wear for Players Weekend.

The entire MLB will participate in Players Weekend, and each team has its own uniform designs and nicknames.
