The Bengals are having a season to forget. Now 2-4 with losses to rivals Pittsburgh and Baltimore, Cincinnati is earning its “reward:” a top 5 pick.

The Bengals currently hold the fifth overall pick in the 2018 draft.

Obviously things can and will change - we’re not even halfway through the season, and most of league is seperated by just one or two games in the loss column.

But if things continue as they look, the Bengals will stay in the top 10. On a positive note, that’d put them in position to add a bluechip player and select early in each round.

If they’re in that position, however, there will likely be changes at the top. Perhaps that wouldn’t be the worst thing.
