Josh Smith and Jeff Teague, who missed the Hawks victory over the Lakers with injuries, took part in shootaround Friday morning and are listed as probable against the Suns.

Smith (left knee) said he was injured against the Heat on Tuesday when a player fell on him. He was taken out of the game near the end of the third quarter and did not play at all in the fourth quarter of the blowout loss.

“It feels better,” Smith said. “Over these last couple days I have been getting some real treatment. It feels better.”

Smith was asked if the injury was the reason he did not finish the game against the Heat.

“I don’t know,” Smith said. “I tried to play through it but the game kind of got away from us later in third quarter so that is probably the reason they decided to rest us.”

Teague (left ankle sprain) had his streak of 139 straight regular-season games snapped after being injured against the Heat.
