Report card

Offense: A

The Hawks were solid, including 37 third-quarter points. They shot 47 percent from the field and 50 percent from 3-point range. The Hawks did commit 17 turnovers. They also scored just 15 fourth-quarter points but that came with the regulars long resting. Those were small blemishes on a nice night offensively.

Defense: A-plus

The defense was outstanding – especially the job done to contain Monta Ellis (10 points) and Paul George (seven). The Pacers shot 38 percent from the field and 21 percent (5 of 24) from 3-point range. The Pacers went to the free-throw line just seven times, and one was a technical on a defensive three-seconds call. Allowing just 75 points is exceptional.
