The Hawks will put a limited number of tickets for games 1 and 2 of their coming first-round playoff series on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

The games will be played at Philips Arena.

The Hawks clinched a playoff berth Tuesday night when the Wizards lost at the Warriors. It will be the team’s ninth consecutive postseason appearance, the longest current streak in the Eastern Conference.

Tickets can be purchased at the team’s website, Ticketmaster outlets or the Philips Arena box office.

The NBA playoffs begin April 16. The Hawks’ playoff seed, opponent and schedule have yet to be determined.
