On National Hug Day, we send you Freddie hugs

Jan. 21 is National Hug Day. Did you know that hugging is healthy? It reduces stress and the risk for depression. Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman is always open to giving them. So on this day we share with you some Freddie hugs.

Researchers say the average person spends about one hour a month hugging - that comes out to about 360 hugs a month. In the Braves' dugout there are more than that.
