Braves second baseman Brandon Phillips on Friday unveiled a T-shirt that he designed along with Muideen Ogunmola of the ’47 brand.

The shirt includes an image of Phillips, a native of Stone Mountain, in his Braves uniform doing the “making it rain” gesture. It also includes depictions of what Phillips said are some of his favorite memories from childhood: the Stone Mountain Park laser show, Redan High School, the 1996 Atlanta Olympics (Phillips was a bat boy) and the movies “The Lion King” and “Coming to America.”

“I call this the ‘Brandon Phillips journey’ shirt,” Phillips said during a news conference at SunTrust Park. “This is all my journey before becoming an Atlanta Brave.”

Phillips presented the T-shirt along with one co-designed by teammate Ender Inciarte. The T-shirts are available for $45 at the Braves team store at SunTrust Park, CNN Center and www.braves.com/playertees. A portion for the proceeds will go to the Atlanta Braves Foundation.
