Atlanta United’s Ezequiel Barco was voted the MLS Player of the Week on Monday.
Barco, 20, scored two goals for the Five Stripes in Saturday's 2-0 win at New England. It was the first multi-goal game of his career in the league.
Barco’s first goal came in the 29th minute.
The second, a wonderful curling strike, came in the 49th minute.
Barco is the third Atlanta United player in MLS history to win a Player of the Week Award, joining Miguel Almiron and Josef Martinez.
