Falcons’ Younghoe Koo named special-teams player of the week

FLOWERY BRANCH — Falcons kicker Younghoe Koo is the NFC special-teams player of the week, the NFL announced Wednesday.

Koo made all three of his field-goal attempts Sunday, including a 51-yard game-winning kick as time expired, in the Falcons’ 16-13 win over the Bucs.

The game-winner was his second of the season and seventh of his career.
