Tight end Parker Hesse, who played 37 snaps Sunday against the Bills, was signed to the 53-man active roster by the Falcons on Tuesday.

With Hayden Hurst on the reserve/COVID-19 list and Kyle Pitts missing action with a hamstring injury, the Falcons were getting thin at the tight end position.

Hesse is a converted defensive end.
