Alvin Kamara on Mark Ingram’s suspension: ‘He just told me to hold it down until he gets back’

Alvin Kamara #41 of the New Orleans Saints runs with the ball as Damontae Kazee #27 of the Atlanta Falcons and LaRoy Reynolds #53 defend during the second half of a game at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on December 24, 2017 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
New Orleans Saints running back and Georgia native Alvin Kamara joined NFL Total Access to discuss his second year in the NFL.
Kamara was asked about fellow Saints running back Mark Ingram’s suspension during his time on the show.
“Me and Mark talked about it, and he just told me to hold it down until he gets back,” Kamara said after being asked if he was worried about the extra work load without Ingram.
Ingram was suspended four games for violating the NFL’s policy on performing-enhancing substances.
