Alabama third-string quarterback Mac Jones was arrested Friday and charged with driving under the influence, according to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office and the AL.com.

The 19-year-old freshman was also charged with improper ID by a minor, according to the AL.

Jones, one of two Alabama freshman quarterbacks, is a three-star prospect out of Jacksonville, Fla. and has not appeared in a game this season.
