How to watch Georgia Tech football at Stanford: TV channel, streaming info

Georgia Tech football’s season enters a different phase Saturday night.

The Yellow Jackets open ACC play at Stanford. The roughly 5,000-mile round trip will be Tech’s longest conference road trip to a campus in the continental United States.

Tech arrives at 1-2 after a 44-11 victory over Mercer last week. The Yellow Jackets opened the season with losses to Colorado and Tennessee, leaving plenty of questions for coach Brent Key’s team to address as the conference portion of the schedule begins.

The most obvious remains on defense. Tech has allowed 670 rushing yards through three games, including 299 against Tennessee.

Now the Jackets take those questions across the country for the beginning of an eight-game ACC schedule.

Stanford enters Saturday 1-2 after opening ACC play with losses to Miami and Duke. The Cardinal beat Hawaii 37-27 in their opener but have scored just 13 points in their two conference games, including a 35-7 loss at Duke last week.

“That’s all we’re focused on, all we’re worried about is being 1-0 this week,” Key said.

“Talking about the right mindset, right attitude, right demeanor. Excited to go out West and play a game against Stanford.”
